I have been representing injury victims in Alabama since 1990.  I provide clear answers with no hype, giving my clients the information they need at each stage of their case to allow them to decide how to proceed.  My job is to guide you to the road to recovery, but you always have the final say on the route we take.

I was raised in Mobile, Alabama, attending John S. Shaw High School, and then earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of South Alabama.   I went to law school at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, graduating and earning admittance to the Alabama Bar in 1990.

I am admitted to practice in every court within the State of Alabama, including all state and federal courts, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia.

My Approach

I specialize in giving my clients the personal attention they deserve.  I maintain a relatively small practice so that I can give each of my clients my personal attention.  When I represent you, you will be speaking with me - not an associate lawyer.    I am dedicated to understanding your unique situation and to ensuring that you understand what results we can reasonably expect.  I will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and that you feel empowered to make them.

Legacy of Success

I have been representing injury victims for 30 years and have a proven record of success. I'll use my  experience to help guide you down a path to the road to recovery.  Call me at (251) 986-5556 to schedule an appointment, or send an email to me using the form on my contact page.
